Ca'Salina Gaudium Sparkling Wine Medium Dry (Extra Dry)

A beautiful white Italian sparkling wine by Ca'Salina of Valdobbiadene, Northern Italy.  Gaudium (which means "joy" in Latin) is a sparkling wine which has very fine bubbles and a beautiful flavour.  It has delightful aromas of Elderflower blossom, apple and pear.   It is very similar to Prosecco as it's made using the same grape, Glera using the same Charmat method.
