A fabulous sparkling red wine from Modena, Northern Italy. This red Lambrusco wine has a dark red colour with aromas of dark cherries and red berries. Full of fruits on the palate with a great acidity, light tannin and hint of sweetness balance, it's a delight to drink.
Specially selected by Just Perfect Wines as it is a delicious wine. Not too dry and not too sweet, with great bubbles and mousse (the bubble foam) and delicious red fruits aroma and taste. The bottle looks great too, making it special to drink and also perfect as a gift. It's made to be chilled. We recommend chilled in the fridge and best after around 5 minutes to reach about 10-12 degrees. This is the recommended temperature by the winemaker and aligns with our testing too. Chilled, but not too chilled. This allows the wine to express some of it's deeper characteristics. However, as taste is subjective, that pleasure is up to you to discover what is just perfect for you.
